Coastal Living Construction LLC is a multi-licensed contracting firm based in Fleming Island, Florida. Founded and operated by Robert Christopher, we bring a hands-on, owner-operated approach to every project we take on.
With five active state licenses — general contracting, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and pool & spa — we offer a rare breadth of capability under one roof. That means fewer subcontractors, better coordination, and a single point of accountability for your project.
We serve homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients throughout Northeast Florida. Our focus is simple: deliver quality work, communicate clearly, and treat every project like it's our own.
